{"id":2016,"date":"2014-03-03T11:49:36","date_gmt":"2014-03-03T16:49:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hotel-lobbyists.com\/hl\/?p=2016"},"modified":"2014-03-03T11:49:36","modified_gmt":"2014-03-03T16:49:36","slug":"embassy-suites-baltimore","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/hotel-lobbyists.com\/index.php\/2014\/03\/03\/embassy-suites-baltimore\/","title":{"rendered":"Embassy Suites Baltimore"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This marked my second visit to the Embassy Suites brand in two months with the last one being Washington.\u00a0 And this, following a blog post about hotel value could not be timed more appropriately.\u00a0 Embassy Suites is indeed a respected leader in the hospitality community when it comes to value with their fantastic cooked to order breakfast each morning and manager&#8217;s reception each evening.\u00a0 Up until recently, Baltimore did not enjoy the benefits of this brand.\u00a0 Not until Hilton came in and refurbished what was the Tremont Grand and converted into an instantly successful, memorable Embassy Suites in downtown Baltimore.<\/p>\n<p>What the old Tremont Grand had going for it was it&#8217;s incredibly exquisite meeting space.\u00a0 The Grand Historic Venue, attached to the Grand features five floors of ornate, unique, functional meeting space that looks like it was carved from the same mold as Versailles.\u00a0 Hidden in these buildings and poorly marketed by the previous management company, the space went largely undersold.\u00a0 Now with the backing of a major brand force, this space can be put to proper use.\u00a0 Customers looking for a dramatic backdrop to their meeting with great privacy will be enamored by these remarkable rooms.<\/p>\n<p>What the old Tremont Grand did not have going for it, was attention to detail on the guest room side.\u00a0 Rooms, while all suites and wonderfully spacious, were significantly under furnished and not well appointed.\u00a0 They came off more dormitory style than true hotel style.\u00a0 They were very low on frills and were in need of serious refurbishment.\u00a0 And that&#8217;s exactly what they got.\u00a0 Now well up to Embassy Suites standards, the hotel has just the right mix of amenities combined with value and affordability.\u00a0 It&#8217;s a few short blocks from the Baltimore Inner Harbor and close to a number of eateries and entertainment options.\u00a0 Embassy Suites delivers to Baltimore just what the doctor ordered.<\/p>\n<p>PHOTOS:\u00a0\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/media\/set\/?set=a.10152265258477674.1073741837.137517647673&amp;type=3&amp;uploaded=14 \" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/media\/set\/?set=a.10152265258477674.1073741837.137517647673&amp;type=3&amp;uploaded=14 <\/a><\/p>\n<p>WEB:\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/embassysuites3.hilton.com\/en\/hotels\/maryland\/embassy-suites-baltimore-inner-harbor-BWIBDES\/index.html  \" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/embassysuites3.hilton.com\/en\/hotels\/maryland\/embassy-suites-baltimore-inner-harbor-BWIBDES\/index.html\u00a0 <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This marked my second visit to the Embassy Suites brand in two months with the last one being Washington.\u00a0 And this, following a blog post about hotel value could not be timed more appropriately.\u00a0 Embassy Suites is indeed a respected leader in the hospitality community when it comes to value with their fantastic cooked to [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[2,1],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v20.3 -
